| Serena and her 7 siblings were left to die at a rural Idaho shelter with parvo. The puppies were treated at a local vet by another rescue, who then asked other rescues for help fostering and placing the puppies. Serena and her sister Venus are now with our rescue recovering from parvo and are doing wonderfully. Both are active and love to spend time with people. We would love to see them finish their quarantine recovery with their forever families. Parvo is not contagious to other dogs in the home as long as they are current on vaccinations. Serena should be kept at home for the next 3-4 weeks for quarantine. Her adoption fee covers shots, microchipping, and spay when she is ready. Serena is a beautiful Great Dane mix and expected to be a large dog. She has the cutest spots on her ears! She enjoys playing with other dogs and being held.
