| Meet Evie! This sweet girl joined us when she was completely bald from mange and living on the streets as a stray in South Texas. She’s probably 2-3 and is full grown at around 35 lbs. Evie has been in foster care for several months now where she has learned to love cats and other dogs. Although Evie is still working hard on growing her hair back, we don’t feel that staying in foster care until she grows all of her hair back is necessary, she deserves to get her own family to bond with. She’s definitely a rescue dog with a horrific past, but she has a sweet and loving attitude. She has no idea that she’s a little different than other dogs. Evie was in foster care in Texas with 5+ other dogs, and several kids. Since she’s been in Boise she is the only dog in a kitty dominant home. Evie LOVES to be outside, her dream home has a big yard with a dog door, and a professional belly rubber as she loves to snuggle ? Evie is terrified of the vacuum, but otherwise she’s pretty perfect!
