Adorable Suerte is a unique case. Suerte joined our rescue after she was found emaciated, thrown from a car on a busy road, and when she landed she broke both back legs. Despite her injury she gets around great. She is determined to stay involved with her foster family seeing baby gates and blockades as no challenge. She can squeeze out of anything. She loves the other dogs and cats in the home and is always snuggling with them. She loves to run around in the yard with them too, she’s truly amazing. Suerte’s favorite thing is snuggling up on a lap and always…always must touch her person, bonus points if there’s a soft blanket involved. She is a connoisseur of sweaters and will love a life that has a small wardrobe for her. Suerte is nervous in new situations. She is quiet and mellow. Suerte has been frightened of the children that visit her foster home and would do best in a home with adults or where the children are a bit older and calm- she shows more interest and comfort toward adult females, but she is young (1) and has the ability to learn and adjust to new experiences. Suerte has been treated absolutely awful up until she was rescued. We would love nothing more than to give her the gift of a family that will help her heal. Her surgeries and follow up appts are covered under her adoption fee. As of March she just needs her final surgery which is a hip surgery, and spay. We will remain somewhat involved with her recovery until she is cleared by the vet, but we know that she deserves to bond with a family sooner than later.
Leg surgeries, spay, microchip, and current vaccines all included in her adoption fee. Please start with the adoption app: freedomboundhounds.com/adopt
